In fact, this will all be handled by BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l.using the securePay@BLICOMM system to guarantee that all the payments for goods are concluded successfully.

e-shop@BLICOMM offers another important advantage: Thanks to the passPort@BLICOMM system, any End Purchaser can make purchases at any e-shop@BLICOMM shop with just one LOG-IN and more importantly without having register each time he wishes to make a purchase in another e-shop@BLICOMM shop.

e-shop@BLICOMM is a platform which allows the End User to purchase the goods that the e-shop@BLICOMM Users sell. The sale of the products, the compliance of the same, the shipping required legal guarantees are consequently the sole liability of the e-shop@BLICOMM Users who respond personally, or through legal representation according to the laws in force.

BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. is the proceeds manager on behalf of the e-shop@BLICOMM Users for all the payments which are made using the securePay@BLICOMM system, but under no circumstances is it liable for the compliance of the products or provides no warranty regarding the rules and laws in force which protect the end purchaser.
