BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. is the sole proprietor of the e-shop@BLICOMM product and all rights including the Copyright. All the fees relative to the opening of the e-shop@BLICOMM shop, la publication, the sale of products and all the e-shop@BLICOMM services in general, shall therefore be paid for against an invoice issued by BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. The fees for the e-shop@BLICOMM services are listed below: Fee to open a e-shop@BLICOMM shop 1,800.00 Euro (for the first year only) Annual renewal fee for the e-shop@BLICOMM shop: 600.00 (after the first year)
Types of payments handled by the e-shop@BLICOMM system: Secure Payment Management securePay@BLICOMM (handling of all the electronic payment procedures) Management of Cash On Delivery payments. Management of Postal Order payments. Management of Bank Transfer payments.
The securePay@BLICOMM service handles all the electronic payments which are made within the e-shop@BLICOMM shops. The securePay@BLICOMM system protects the e-shop@BLICOMM User and guarantees receipt of payments made by end users; it uses a scrupulous and meticulous verification system for all payments thanks to the direct collaboration of the bank institutes which provide the electronic transaction service. BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. will therefore be the manager of all forms of electronic payments as indicated in the chart below. Those who use the securePay@BLICOMM system will in fact receive a PRE-ORDER mail which allows the user to “block the goods in the warehouse” for 48 hours, within which time the payment will be verified and authorizes and an “OK” mail will be sent to proceed with the shipping of order n °XXXXXX” This system effectively protects the users against credit card frauds.
All the Companies or Retailers who use the securePay@BLICOMM system will receive a mail at the end of the month which will list all the orders made using the e-shop@BLICOMM system, and those paid for using the securePay@BLICOMM system will be highlighted. The orders made using securePay@BLICOMM are subject to a fee which is shown below in the securePay@BLICOMM SYSTEM UTILISATION FEE schedule. Invoicing of the goods or the issue of receipts to the end user is always due to the e-shop@BLICOMM User. The User who uses securePay@BLICOMM therefore delegates BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. to collect all the electronic payments. BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. will highlight all the transactions in the summary mail which will be sent to the User at the end of each month and will execute the payment to the User after deducting the securePay@BLICOMM SYSTEM UTILISATION FEE within and no later than 15 working days from receiving the summary mail. With regards to the above indicated terms, BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. will make a bank transfer to the bank coordinates provided by the e-shop@BLICOMM user for the amounts received, minus the above stated fee, and will contextually issue an invoice for the deduction of the percentage relative to the securePay@BLICOMM service and any other costs related to the e-shop@BLICOMM services in general.
All the Companies who use the secure payment service securePay@BLICOMM will be charged the fees seen below for each transaction made through e-shop@BLICOMM according to the type of Credit Card of the services used by the End Consumer.

BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. will not apply any fee or make any deductions on sales made using these payment methods on the e-shop@BLICOMM system. Contextually BLICOMM.NET COMMUNICATIONS S.r.l. provides no guarantee for the collection of payments using the above indicated methods. The securePay@BLICOMM service hence excludes all transactions (indicated above) unless they are electronic payments.
